The free-access Fan Zone, set up in the Helsinki Ice Hall parking lot and indoor areas, offers diverse programming and a place for Metallica fans from all over to meet each other. The Fan Zone is open from Friday to Sunday before and after the concert. It features activities, a terrace, and various restaurants.

On Sunday morning at the Royal Restaurant inside the ice hall, a Takeover Black brunch will be served from 12:00 to 15:00, which can be ordered in advance from the online store.

Most of the paths are accessible. There is a small threshold for emergency exits.
In the Black Box concept, the wheelchair grandstand is on the ground floor, the entrance is through the main doors. From the main door, the wheelchair customer is escorted to the permanno by the staff. In other events, the wheelchair stands are located in the E1 and E9 stands, access to both is from the E doors.
