Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email a few days prior to the event, please contact met.ee.eu@superfan.live.
At this time, packages are only available as weekend experiences which include a ticket to both shows in the same market. Partial attendance or missed attendance to either weekend show will not be submittable for a partial or full refund. The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional packages not listed, including but not limited to single day tickets, at their sole discretion at a later time. No refunds, exchanges or transfers of packages listed today or in perpetuity will be permitted. All merchandise must be collected onsite on show days and will not be mailed out if uncollected.
All package programs & times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Events, dates, venue location, party inclusions, merchandise, and amenities are subject to change and cancellation at any time at our sole discretion. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages for change of mind. The resale of these and any future packages at a higher or lower price than listed is strictly prohibited. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
Live Nation Finland Oy (”Live Nation”) is responsible for the concert and the ticket purchased for the concert according to its effective Terms of Use. However, Live Nation does not provide the offered VIP packages’ additional content related to concert and thus does not affect the pricing of the VIP packages. Thus, Live Nation shall not be liable for the VIP packages’ content, quality, implementation, timetables, pricing or cancellations or any related incident in any circumstances. Live Nation’s maximum liability is always limited to the price of the entrance ticket and Live Nation shall not compensate for the part of VIP package.
