INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF THE VIP PACKAGE:

*Times included on ticket pages or confirmation emails will reflect Door or Show Times and may differ from the VIP package time. Ticketing agent will contact you via email with full timings within 2-5 days of the event.

All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstanced except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances. Any physical items like a merchandise item and commemorative laminate will be handed out on the night of the show.

Any collectible laminate is commemorative and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas.

Live Nation Finland Oy (”LiveNation”) is responsible for the concert and the ticket purchased for the concert according to its effective Terms of Use. However, Live Nation does not provide the offered VIP packages’ additional content related to concert and thus does not affect the pricing of the VIP packages. Thus, Live Nation shall not be liable for the VIP packages’ content, quality, implementation, timetables, pricing or cancellations or any related incident in any circumstances.

Live Nation’s maximum liability is always limited to the price of the entrance ticket and Live Nation shall not compensate for the part of VIP package. By purchasing the VIP package from the service below you affirm that you have understood and accept the terms above limiting Live Nation’s liability.
