Terms and Conditions of VIP packages

INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF THE VIP PACKAGE:

Times included on ticket pages or confirmation emails will reflect Door or Show Times and may differ from the VIP package time. Purchasers will be contacted via email with full timings and details within 2 to 5 days of the event.

All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstanced except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances. The Artist, venue, event promoter, ticket agent or other parties are not responsible for any false or outdated information provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase. Any physical items like a merchandise item and commemorative laminate will be handed out on the night of the show. Any collectible laminate/ wristband is commemorative and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas.
