Please arrive at least two hours before the main act's scheduled start time to ensure entry before the concert. The event will end by midnight.
Please purchase tickets in advance only from the official ticket vendor (Ticketmaster) or the official resale channel (Resale).
Entry to the stadium is allowed only once with the ticket. Each person attending the concert must have their own ticket, regardless of age. The concert's age limit is Allowed/ 18+, and children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
The concert uses a digital tickets. You can access your purchased tickets via the Ticketmaster app on your smartphone or by logging into your Ticketmaster account via your smartphone browser. Security checks and ticket reading are carried out at the entrances. Please have your ticket ready when you queue and leave any prohibited items at home or in the cloakroom before the security check. Before reading your ticket, please set your phone screen to as bright as possible.
Field Tickets (18+)
It is recommended to enter with a field ticket from entrances GATE 1, GATE 2, GATE 3. Check the location of the gates on the area map.
Those who have purchased a field ticket will receive a wristband after scanning the ticket. Without a wristband, you will not be able to enter the field, so please make sure you get yours before entering the field. Wristbands will only be distributed at GATE 1, GATE 2, GATE 3. Ticket scanners will not read field tickets at other gates, so it is important to check which gate you enter from. There are also instructional signs above the gates.
A field wristband entitles you to access to the field, from where you can proceed to use the other stadium facilities behind the stands. The wristband does not entitle you to leave and return to the stadium.
Please note that gates may become congested from time to time, if a gate is busy you can try another gate for field tickets. There will also be staff on site to guide you.
The field can be accessed via the Ratinan rantatie tunnel if you arrive via GATE 1 or GATE 2 and via the stairs if you arrive via GATE 3 which are marked on the site map. The entire ground is a bar area, except for the Golden Circle area in front of the stage. Non-alcoholic beverages will be poured into disposable cups when entering the Golden Circle
Golden Circle (18+)
Entry with this ticket only via GATE 5. Check the location of the gate on the area map.
Golden Circle ticket holders will receive a wristband after scanning the ticket. Golden Circle wristbands are only distributed at GATE 5. Ticket scanners do not read Golden Circle tickets at other gates, so it is important to check which gate you are entering from. There are also instructional signs above the gates.
A Golden Circle wristband entitles you to access to the field and the Golden Circle area in front of the stage, from where you can move on to use the other stadium facilities behind the stands. The wristband does not entitle you to exit and return to the stadium.
Please note that the gates may become congested at times, so please allow enough time to arrive at the concert. The entire field is a bar area, except for the Golden Circle area in front of the stage. Non-alcoholic beverages will be poured into disposable cups when entering the Golden Circle area. Seated Tickets (18+)
Tickets for seated ticket holders are read at gates GATE 3, GATE 4, GATE 6. Seated ticket holder services are located behind the stands, seated ticket holders do not have access to the field. It is important to check which gate you enter from. There are also instructional signs above the gates. Please note that the gates may become crowded from time to time, so please allow enough time to arrive at the concert.
Seated Tickets / Allowed
Allowed seating is located in section D2-D4, the entrance to the Allowed seating area is GATE 4. Please note that tickets for the Allowed seating area cannot be read anywhere else than at the entrance to GATE 4. It is important to check which gate you enter from. There are also instructional signs above the gates. Please note that the gates may become crowded at times, so please allow enough time to arrive at the concert. Minors may use the facilities at the back of the allowed seating area. Minors are prohibited to leave the permitted area for other services.
VIP Tickets & Other Ticket Packages (18+)

Ultimate VIP Experience (18+)
VIP registration is located in Sorin aukio, where the products included in the ticket package will also be distributed. Please refer to the map for a more detailed location. The ticket gives you access to the area before others and also access to the exclusive VIP stand. The ticket entitles you to travel between the VIP stand and the Golden Circle. The holder of this ticket can also use all other customer service points in the stadium, located on the pitch and behind the stands. The entrance to the Ultimate VIP Experience is via GATE 3. Please check above the gates to see which gate you are entering in.
VIP Lounge Package (18+)
VIP registration is located in Sorin aukio, where the products included in the ticket package will also be distributed. The ticket gives access to the VIP lounge, before the concert starts. The lounge is located in the Periscope restaurant, in the Ratina shopping centre. After the lounge closes, the VIP lounge will be self-service seating at the locations indicated on the ticket. When entering the stadium, VIP tickets will be read on the ticket scanner. The VIP lounge package enters the stadium via GATE 3, located closest to the Periscope. Please check above the gates to determine which lane you will enter through. Please refer to the area maps for specific locations.
Premium Early Entry Package (18+)
VIP registration is located in Sorin aukio, where the products included in the ticket package will also be distributed. Please refer to the map for a more detailed location. The Premium Early Entry ticket gives access to the stadium Golden Circle before other ticket holders. Early Entry will assemble at the time indicated in the letter at Gate 2, where tickets will be read by the ticket scanner and Early Entry will take place. The letter will be delivered approximately one week before the event. If you arrive after the gates have opened, entry will be through gate GATE 5, where you will receive a wristband entitling you to enter the Golden Circle. The holder of this badge will be able to use all of the stadium's customer service desks located on the field and behind the stands.

Ratina Stadium is located in the city centre with good transport connections. The visitors are kindly requested to allow sufficient time and to arrive by public transport or on foot.
Please arrive at least 2 hours before the estimated start time of the main act to ensure admission before the concert starts. There may be occasional queues at the gates due to large crowds. Arriving early will ensure your access to the stadium before the concert starts. The gates will open at 4pm and the Ratina Stadium services will open at the same time.
There will be food and refreshment outlets in the area, as well as fan merchandise outlets. The entire stadium area is a bar area, with the exception of the licensed stand and the Golden Circle area in front of the stadium. From behind the stands, you can walk around the stadium, so you can easily access the facilities behind the stands. Minors are not allowed to leave the concession area for other services.

By Foot or Bike
Ratina Stadium is easily accessible via the light traffic routes. From Tampere railway station it is about a kilometre to the stadium.
There is no parking area for bicycles or electric scooters in the stadium area. If you arrive by bicycle, please check the City of Tampere website for the nearest bicycle parking locations.
Public Transport
The best way to plan your route is to use the Nysse Route Guide or by downloading the Nysse app. On trams and buses in the Tampere region, it is also possible to buy a ticket from the vehicle with a local fare.
VR has also added commuter trains, please check the current train timetables on the VR website. You can read more about VR's train services for summer events on the VR website (only available in FInnish).
By Taxi / Apptaxi
The taxi stands in the area will be in normal use throughout the event. The use of taxis will be restricted in the area of Suvantokatu and Ratinan rantatie. Driving and parking is not permitted in the vicinity of the event area.
Booked Rides for Larger Groups (Busses)
There are no large parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the concert where you can drop off/pick up your guests. All parking spaces in the vicinity of the venue are reserved for the use of the event organiser or other operators. Please check the map for the nearest possible convoy stops and parking spaces for Tampere tourist transport on the City of Tampere website.
By Car
If you arrive in Tampere by car, please leave your car further away from Ratina Stadium and walk or use public transport the rest of the way to the venue. The event organiser does not provide organised parking.
The concert will cause special traffic arrangements around Ratina Stadium. It is not possible to drive near the event area and parking is not permitted. The Ratina rantatie road will be closed to vehicle traffic from 1 July to 10 July. The light traffic lane will remain in use throughout the event. Ratinan rantapuisto is partially used for the event from 2 July to 10 July. Light traffic regulations in force in the area, detours signposted on the ground. In addition, there are escorted construction vehicles in the area. On the day of the event on 7.7., traffic will be restricted on Suvantokatu, Ratina rantapuisto and Ratinan rantatie Exit traffic from the Suvantokatu parking garages may be diverted temporarily away from Suvantokatu.
If you are escorting fans to the concert or picking up fans after the event, it is best to arrange escort and pick-up points further away from the stadium. Parking in the Tampere area can be found on the website of the City of Tampere.
Security checks and ticket reading are carried out at the entrances. Please have your ticket ready when you queue and leave any prohibited items at home or in the sling before security checks. Before reading your ticket, please set your phone screen to as bright as possible.
Please note that in the stadium, the network may occasionally become congested due to the large number of people. For this reason, we recommend that you download the Ticketmaster app on your phone in advance and open your ticket in the app before you arrive at the stadium. Once you have opened your tickets in the Ticketmaster app, they will then be available offline.
Excess items can be left in the paid cloackroom outside the area, located in Ratinanniemi. Please check the exact location on the area map. Large bags and backpacks should be left at home or in the cloackroom. The maximum size of a bag is A4. Below is a more detailed list of prohibited items.
We advise all concert-goers to allow enough time and patience for the journey home. With tens of thousands of fans leaving at the same time, congestion is expected on public transport and light traffic routes.
Please note that when leaving the ground, you can also use the stairs at the end of the Ratina shopping centre. The tunnel opening on the ground may become congested when exiting, so the stairs will also be in use during the exit.

The age limit for the concert is Allowed / 18+. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian. Bringing children to the concert is at the discretion of parents or guardians. Inappropriate language may occur at the concert.
We warmly welcome all fans to the concert, and we are working to ensure that arrangements are effective. Below you will find more information on accessibility at the event.
The accessible grandstand is primarily intended for customers who have purchased a wheelchair ticket. The stand is a platform with space for wheelchair users and one escort. There is some seating for assistants.
There are three accessible toilets along the walkway behind Stand A. One at the end of the GATE 6 entrance on the Laukonsilta side, at the A4 stand. Two near the entrance to GATE 3 at the A1 stand.
Please note that the access route to the accessible toilets at the A4 stand is narrow and challenging to manoeuvre with assistive devices.
We encourage you to give priority to using the two other accessible toilets at the A1 stand, as well as other accessible toilets in the event area.
Accessible Stands
Please check your ticket to see where your seat is located.
STAND-D: The largest accessible stand in Ratina Stadium is located behind stands D1 and D2.
STAND-A: The other accessible stands are located in stands A1-A4.
Arrival and Moving Aound the Stadium
Accessible entrances are marked with a wheelchair icon. We recommend that customers with reduced mobility enter through gates GATE 3 and GATE 6.
The closest entrance to accessible stand D is GATE 3.
The nearest entrances to accessible stand A are GATE 3 and GATE 6.
There will be staff at the venue ready to assist customers with functional and mobility impairments and to guide them to accessible areas. If you need more detailed guidance on site, you will find staff trained in accessibility and inclusion at the info point and at the drop-off point. The info point is located in Ratinanniemi, near the entrance GATE 1, outside the gates.
Please note that access from the info point to the wheelchair stands is not fully accessible. The route from Ratinan rantatie to the stand level is up a long and steep ramp. The ramp is about 40 metres long and there are no handrails or intermediate platforms. The ascent can also be difficult for people who move without assistive devices.
The Ratina stadium area is mostly asphalt or other flat surface and partly hilly. Most of the seating areas require some walking up concrete steps. Not all staircases have railings. Please take extra care if you have problems with movement.
The field is entirely standing area and there is no seating. We advise you to have patience and time to move around the area, as the stadium walkways may be temporarily congested with concert-goers.
Arrival By Car / Parking

A drop-off point for disabled persons and people with reduced mobility is reserved for escorted transport, protected from other traffic, on Vuolteenkatu between the Ratina shopping centre and the Tampere bus station. Access to the drop-off point is via the Tampereen Valtatie.
Please note that you will need a disabled parking permit if you are being escorted by car.
Only disabled taxis can enter the drop-off point, cars with a disabled persons' parking permit or the person in the car must present suitable documentation of their mobility disability.
The traffic controllers will provide more detailed instructions on site. No parking is allowed in the drop-off area.
Assistants of customers who have purchased a wheelchair ticket will be admitted to the event with the same ticket.
Assistants of visually impaired customers or those who require an assistant for other health reasons will need their own ticket to enter the event. Please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service when purchasing tickets, as assisted tickets are not available online.
When arriving with an assisted ticket, the assisted person should be prepared to prove the need for an assistant at the gate, e.g. with an EU disability card, an assistant card, a visual impairment card or a similar document.

Info
There is an info point near the entrance to GATE 1 in Ratinanniemi, outside the gates, where you can get help and guidance about the event. Outside the stadium there will also be info persons, who you will recognise by their green balloons and vests, who will help and guide you through all matters. The Info point will open at 2 pm on the day of the event. The Info point staff will also be on hand to help if you need any guidance or assistance with accessibility or mobility issues.

Water Points
There are several water points in the area. Empty, disposable, transparent, soft plastic bottles of up to 0.5 L are allowed. The bottle may be refilled in the toilets and water points in the area. No bottles or cans of any size may be brought into the Golden Circle area. Non-alcoholic beverages will be poured into disposable cups when entering the Golden Circle area.
Merchandise
There will be several places selling merchandise in the event area. See the map of the event area for the locations of the merchandise. For more detailed prices and selection, please visit the merchandise point. The points are only open on concert days. A large fan merchandise point is located outside the gates on Sorin aukio. It is open from 12pm on the day of the concert.
Methods of Payment
All points of sale and bars accept payment by card and accept the most common debit and credit cards, including debit cards and Visa Electron. We recommend using card payment wherever possible.

Restaurant Services
During the event, fans will be served by a number of food outlets located throughout the stadium. You can buy refreshments and snacks at these points. The pitch and stands are entirely a concession area, with the exception of the Golden Circle area in front of the stage and the licensed grandstand. Non-alcoholic beverages will be poured into disposable cups when entering the Golden Circle area.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, please refer to the venue map for specific locations. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the stands or on the apron.
First Aid
There is a first aid team at the stadium, which can help with even minor injuries. In the event of an emergency, please contact the nearest steward.
There are also two first-aid posts in the event area, the location of which can be found on the map of the event area.
Queueing
You may queue for the gates from 2pm on the day of the event at the earliest. Please follow the instructions of the stewards on site.
Camping or staying overnight in city parks or stadium grounds is not permitted and will be supervised by the authorities.
Cloakroom
in Ratinanniemiemi near the entrance to GATE 1, outside the gates, where you can leave your belongings for storage during the concert. See the map for a more detailed location.
The cost of the cloakroom is 5 € per person. Additional visits 3 € / visit / person. On the day of the event, the cloakroom is open from 2pm to 1am. Please note that it is not possible to visit the cloakroom from inside the stadium. Please take any items you may need with you before entering the event area. Please note that only cards are accepted as a means of payment at the cloackroom.
Garbage and Recycling
There are a number of bins and recycling points around the stadium. Please help us to keep the event area tidy.
Please also be aware of the stadium's surroundings when you arrive and leave the concert. Let's work together to keep the environment and nature clean.
Ear Plugs / Raincoats
We recommend wearing ear plugs during the event. Ear plugs and rain gear will be available for sale from vendors around the event area.
Lost and Found
You can inquire about found items at the Lost and Found outside the stadium immediately after the event. After the day of the event, lost property will be delivered to the Pirkanmaa Lost Property Office on the first working day.

Please be aware that items left at the security checkpoint during the security check will not be stored by the event organisers and will be disposed of for safety reasons.
Therefore, please carefully read the list of prohibited items for the event in advance. Please take any prohibited items and extra belongings either to the cloakroom or leave them at home during the event.
Please note that large backpacks or bags are not permitted at the event. Bags brought to the event must not exceed the dimensions of an A4 paper sheet.
Empty, transparent plastic bottles up to 0.5 L are allowed, provided they are single-use and made of soft plastic. For safety reasons, hard plastic and reusable bottles are not allowed.
Bottles can be filled in the bathroom facilities and water points. No bottles or cans of any size are allowed in the Golden Circle area. Drinks must be poured into disposable cups at the Golden Circle entrances.

In addition to the above, the event organizer reserves the right to exercise discretion on removing items not listed above but deemed harmful or hazardous to the safety of the public event.
Allowed Items
-Small handbags, shoulder bags and waist bags smaller than an A4 paper are allowed. Please note that the contents of the bag may be inspected. Large backpacks or bags are not permitted at the event and must be left at the cloakroom or at home for the duration of the event.
-Small (about the size of a mobile phone) power banks are allowed.
Official photographers and videographers from the event organiser and event partners will be present in the event area. The footage may be used for marketing purposes on Live Nation Finland, the artist and other official partners' channels. If you do not wish to appear in the photo or video, please inform the photographer. Thank you for your cooperation.
There may also be media representatives in the area who will be taking footage of the event for journalistic use.
Videotaping and recording of performances and use of the material for commercial purposes is prohibited. You are only entitled to do so with the express permission of the event organiser.
The import of professional filming equipment is only permitted with a separate filming permit. Footage taken with your own mobile phone for your own purposes is permitted.
We are constantly working to organise safe and responsible events so that you can enjoy the music or live entertainment of your favourite artists.
There will be security guards throughout the concert area and in the vicinity. The stewards will wear yellow or orange vests. You can contact them in case of any problems.
We expect all concert-goers to follow the instructions of the event organiser and the event staff, and any person violating them will be removed from the event.

The only official ticket seller for the Guns N' Roses 7.7.2025 concert at the Ratina Stadium in Tampere is Ticketmaster.
Tickets are available in Ticketmaster's online shop. Tickets cannot be purchased by phone or at Ticketmaster ticket stores.
A mobile ticket is used for the concert. You can access the tickets you have purchased via the Ticketmaster app that you can download on your smartphone or by logging into your Ticketmaster account via your smartphone browser. Please download your tickets in advance from the Ticketmaster app or by logging into your account on Ticketmaster website before arriving at the stadium, as the network can become crowded from time to time due to the large number of people. Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs.

3. Choose “Transfer”.
4. Log in to your Ticketmaster account again using your credentials and the one-time passcode.
