How to order tickets online for concerts in Finland

Welcome to www.livenation.fi, where you can buy tickets to Live Nation events. In a couple of short steps this guide will explain how you can order your tickets online.
Our official ticketing partner is Lippupiste Oy (also known as CTS Eventim), who is in charge of all our ticket sales and the purchasing process. Official tickets to our events are only sold through www.livenation.fi, www.eventim.fi and www.lippu.fi . If you buy your tickets through any other seller, we cannot guarantee the ticket is valid, or that access to the venue will be granted with that ticket.
Please note: for certain events tickets will be on sale also through Lippupalvelu , www.lippupalvelu.fi (Ticketmaster Finland) or Tiketti, www.tiketti.fi . Please familiarize yourself with their terms of use before registering or purchasing through their sites.

How to order tickets online, when tickets are sold via Lippupiste:
1)    Start on www.livenation.fi and find the event you want
There are a couple of ways to find the right page. You can select an artist / event in our “Hot Concert Tickets”- box on the left, select an upcoming event on the list on the homepage, or use the search bar at the top of the page.
From here you will be linked to a list with matches for your search. The available events and artist matches will be displayed. Click on “Find Tickets” to forward to the right event page.
2)    When you get to the correct event page, click on the “Buy tickets”-button.
This will redirect you to the eventim.fi – site to purchase your tickets. If you wish to change the language of the ticketing site from Finnish into Swedish or English, please use the drop down-menu at the top of the page.

3)    Select the number of tickets in the desired category
BestSeat:
The ticketing system will automatically select the best available seats within the selected category. When you have selected the tickets you want, simply click on the “Shopping cart”- button next to the right category. When a category says “Temporarily not available”, tickets for that category are not available.
Seating plan booking:
For some events, it’s possible to select your own seats using the seating map of the venue. If you wish to use this method, you will need  to have Java-software installed and inactivate your pop-up blocker.
Seating plan booking allows our customers to purchase exactly the seat(s) they want at a specific event. Study the overview plan in the first window and click on the area where you would like to sit. You are taken to a detailed view displaying individual seats. You may select any seats which are marked in color. A seat's color indicates its price category. An overview of the price categories is displayed on the right. Seats marked in grey have already been assigned. Once you have clicked on a seat it is marked with a cross, and appears in the selection list under the main window. If you click on a seat for a second time, or click the trash symbol in the selection list, the seat is deleted from your list. Once you have finally selected your seats, click the shopping basket button. This takes you to your shopping basket, from where you can proceed to complete your order. Unfortunately it is not possible to book seats in different price categories as part of the same order.

Service fees:
A ticket fee will be added on top of the ticket price. The ticket fee is from 1.50 € to 2.75 € / ticket, depending on ticket price.
1,50 € / ticket (ticket price under 50 €)
2,25 € / ticket (ticket price 51-79 €)
2,75 € / ticket (ticket price 80 € and over)

4)    Shopping cart
The next window is your shopping cart. Here you can see the seats you have selected for purchase. In this window you can check your order and select the desired delivery method.
Delivery methods may vary per event. The options are:

Mail ticket delivery to Finland 6.00 € / event, (5-8 days delivery)
Mail ticket delivery to other European countries 6.00 € / event, (5-8 days delivery)
Mail ticket delivery to other countries 35.00 € / event, (5-10 days delivery)(DHL or other courier)
Print-at-home ticket (Ticketdirect) 0.80 € / event
When the event is coming up and there is not enough time to send through regular mail, the selection will automatically switch to Ticketdirect.
In the same way we automatically adjust the type of delivery with the appropriate cost.

When you choose Ticketdirect as your delivery method, a pop-up will appear at the end of your purchase process. From here, you can print or download the .pdf-file that contains your ticket(s). If your pop-up blocker is activated, you will need to de-activate it.
Please print or download the file immediately. The ticket file will not be saved in your ticket information. If you have any problems, please contact Lippupiste’s customer service at +358-600—900-900 (1,75 €/min. + local network charge) or through the feedback-form on www.lippu.fi.


5)    Log in with your username and password
To purchase tickets through the site, you will need to create an account. This is not the same account as on www.livenation.fi!


6)    Payment methods
The following online payment methods are available:
Nordea Solo, Okobank Kultaraha, Sampo Online payment
Visa / Mastercard / Visa Electron
Credit card payments take place through Luottokunta's 100% reliable digital payment terminal service. Your credit card information is not disclosed before you are logged on Luottokunta's secure website, and the credit card details are not stored on lippu.fi web servers at any stage of the transaction. Payment transactions are processed through strong SSL encryption.
Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode services
American Express or Diners Club are not available payment methods online. These cards are accepted when placing orders through the call-centre.

If you have chosen Ticketdirect as your delivery method, a pop-up will appear at the end of your purchase process. From here, you can print or download the .pdf-file that contains your ticket(s). If your pop-up blocker is activated, you will need to de-activate it.

Confirmation
If your transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is a confirmation, not the ticket(s).

Service & delivery fees
For each ticket booked on www.lippupalvelu.fi  a service fee of 0,80 €/ticket will be added. In addition a delivery charge will be added. The delivery charges are:

A service fee of  1 € is charged for every ticket printed out in Tiketti outlet.
Accepted payment methods on-line are Nordea, Osuuspankki or Sampo e-payment,Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and EuroCard.
